Every ÖZAK block is mixed, molded, compacted, cured and weighed in our own plant in Söke — so we control the weight from the first gram.

- 2012Counterweight block production begins.

The process
Six steps to the right weight.

01Raw material
Aggregates and cement are selected for high density, and every batch follows the same recipe.

02Precision molding
Steel molds give every block the same dimensions and notched ends — the ÖZ AK mark is formed in the mold.

03Vibration compaction
Concrete is compacted by vibration in the mold, removing voids so the weight is even along the block.

04Curing
Blocks cure under controlled conditions until they reach full strength.

05Weighing & inspection
Each batch is weighed; dimensions and surface are checked.

06Palletising & dispatch
Blocks are stacked crosswise, strapped and shipped across Türkiye on a planned schedule.
