02What data do we process?
- Quote and contact form: name, company, phone, email (optional), request type, your message and any technical details you share (dimensions, weight, etc.).
- Email, phone and WhatsApp: the contact details and messages you send us when you reach out.
- Security: your IP address and submission time when you send the form (kept for at most 1 hour to prevent abuse); server access logs kept by our hosting provider.
- Site usage (only with your consent): pages visited, device and browser details, approximate location; IP addresses are truncated.
Values you enter in the weight calculator are processed only in your browser and are not sent to us. If you choose to share the result on WhatsApp, the message is sent by you.

- To answer your request, prepare quotes and handle orders and contracts
- To keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse
- With your consent, to measure site usage and improve the site

- Necessary for entering into or performing a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c): quote and order requests
- Legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç): statutory retention and reporting duties
- Legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f): site security and spam prevention
- Explicit consent (Art. 5/1): analytics cookies and the related transfer abroad
Collection method: data is collected from you via the site form, email, phone and WhatsApp, and automatically via cookies, by electronic means.
05Who do we share it with?
- Hosting and email: Hostinger International Ltd. Our site and mailboxes may be stored on this provider's servers outside Türkiye.
- Google Analytics (only with your consent): Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC. Data is transferred abroad on the basis of your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 9).
- Map: the map on our contact page loads from OpenStreetMap servers; your IP address is sent to them, no cookies are used.
- WhatsApp: when you follow a WhatsApp link, the conversation is subject to WhatsApp (Meta) terms.
- Public authorities: only where the law requires it.
06How long do we keep it?
- Requests and correspondence that do not lead to business: up to 2 years
- Order, contract and invoice records: for the period required by law (e.g. 10 years under the Turkish Commercial Code)
- Form security record (IP address): 1 hour
- Analytics data: up to 14 months in Google Analytics
When the period ends, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
07Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
You have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
- know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom it is transferred,
- request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
- request deletion or destruction under the conditions of KVKK Art. 7,
- request that corrections and deletions be notified to those third parties,
- object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis,
- claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
You may withdraw your consent at any time; for analytics, use the "Change my choice" button in the cookie policy.
08How to apply
Send your request in writing, with information that identifies you, to the address above or to satis@ozakasansordengeagirligi.com, in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Applications to the Data Controller. We reply free of charge within 30 days at the latest; if the request involves additional cost, the fee set by the Board may apply.
If your request is not resolved or you find our answer insufficient, you may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
09Changes
We update this notice whenever the site or our processing changes. The last update date is shown at the top of the page.
